Peel 4 oranges
Seed 2 large red peppers
or
8 mini peppers
Peel 1" piece of ginger
Load all in a blender
ADD
2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
3 Tablespoons of Hemp Hearts
both
are available
at Costco
or
health food stores
Add
1/8 - 1/4 cup of water or coconut water
BLEND!
You have a smoothie brimming with Vitamin C!
